Asset Library License

Applies to every asset in the UNIFEED Asset Library, Effect Studio, and Meme Studio. Last updated 28 July 2026.

Short version: every asset in the library is owned outright by CRUCiBLE Capital Systems LLC. There is no third-party stock content in it, so there is nothing to attribute and no royalties to pay. While your UNIFEED account is active you may use the assets in anything you publish, including commercially. You may not repackage the raw files and hand them on to someone else.

1. Who owns these assets

Every asset in the UNIFEED Asset Library is produced by CRUCiBLE Capital Systems LLC (“CRUCiBLE”) — either generated by our own code or generated on our account through tools whose terms assign output ownership to us. None of it is licensed stock. CRUCiBLE retains ownership; this page grants you a license to use it, not title to it.

2. What is covered

CategoryAssetsPlanProvenance
Color LUTs (.cube)50Starter and aboveGenerated in-house by CRUCiBLE code as deterministic 33×33×33 color grades. No third-party source material.
Transitions50Pro and aboveGenerated in-house by CRUCiBLE code (parametric Lottie JSON). No third-party source material.
Animations50Pro and aboveGenerated in-house by CRUCiBLE code (parametric Lottie JSON). No third-party source material.
Hook / caption templates450Free and aboveWritten by Claude (Anthropic). Under Anthropic’s Commercial Terms the customer owns model outputs, so CRUCiBLE owns these and licenses them onward to you.

Memes you build in Meme Studio and save to your library are covered too: the template frames underneath them are CRUCiBLE-original artwork, not copyrighted meme images.

3. What you may do

  • Use any asset you can access on your plan in content you publish — organic or paid, on any platform.
  • Use assets in client work, as long as the client work is delivered from your UNIFEED account.
  • Modify, recolor, retime, crop, and combine assets with your own material.
  • Keep using anything you already published if you later downgrade or cancel.

4. What you may not do

  • ×Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the raw asset files (the .cube LUT, the Lottie JSON, the template text) as a standalone product or bundle.
  • ×Upload the raw asset files to another stock, template, or asset-library service.
  • ×Claim authorship or exclusive ownership of an asset.
  • ×Use assets in anything unlawful, hateful, or that violates a destination platform’s own terms.

5. Attribution

None required on any plan. Free-tier AI imagegenerations carry a UNIFEED watermark — that is a product feature of the image generator, not an Asset Library requirement, and it does not apply to library assets.

6. Plan access and what happens if you cancel

Which assets you can download depends on your plan — the table in section 2 lists the minimum plan per category. Access to download new assets ends when your plan does. The license on work you already published is perpetual: you never have to take down or re-edit content because you downgraded or cancelled.

7. No warranty

Assets are provided “as is”. CRUCiBLE does not warrant that any asset is fit for a particular purpose or that it will render identically in every editor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRUCiBLE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from asset use.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change and the revision will apply going forward, not retroactively to work you have already published. Questions about a specific asset or a use case not covered here: shawwe@alumni.vcu.edu.
