UNIFEED is an all-in-one social media management platform. You can create, schedule, and publish posts across 19 platforms, use AI tools to generate and improve content, monitor analytics, manage email campaigns, and more — all from one dashboard.

Click "Start Free Trial" on the homepage or go to /register. You can sign up with email/password, Google, or Apple. No credit card required for the Free plan.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business, Threads, Snapchat, Reddit, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Discord, Bluesky, Nextdoor, Tumblr, Lemon8, Medium, and Quora Spaces.

Go to Dashboard → Platforms and click "Connect" next to each platform. You'll be redirected through the platform's OAuth flow. Once connected, you can select those platforms when creating or scheduling posts.

The Free plan includes 1 social account, manual post creation, a basic design editor, 2 AI images/month, caption library access, and community support. AI images on Free include a subtle UNIFEED watermark.

Pro is $10/month (regular $20) and includes everything in Free/Starter plus: multiple accounts per platform, 40 AI images/month, 5 AI videos/month, 100 text rewrites/month, AI hashtag suggestions, smart scheduling, email marketing (2,500 subscribers / 10,000 emails/mo), and our Business Launch Kit with human-assisted content.

Elite is $20/month (regular $40) and adds: 100 AI images/month, 20 AI videos/month, unlimited text rewrites, the full AI & ML layer (brand-voice memory, automation workflows, AI-generated financial insights, hands-off posting cycles), and priority support.

Yes. Annual billing saves about 30%. You can also purchase lifetime access during our Founder's campaign (limited to 100 slots). Switch between billing cycles at any time from Dashboard → Billing.

Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing and your account downgrades to Free at the end of your billing period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

Starter+ unlocks: AI image generation, AI video generation. Pro+ unlocks: AI text rewrites (optimize posts for each platform's tone), AI hashtag suggestions, AI captions. Elite+ adds: AI Business Advisor (ML that learns your brand voice and analyzes your performance data).

Write a draft post, then click "Improve with AI" in the post editor sidebar. The AI rewrites your content optimized for the platforms you've selected — matching the right tone for each (casual for Instagram, professional for LinkedIn, etc.).

Free: 2 images, 0 videos, 5 rewrites. Starter: 10 images, 1 video, 10 rewrites. Pro: 40 images, 5 videos, 100 rewrites. Elite: 100 images, 20 videos, unlimited rewrites. Limits reset on your billing anniversary.

AI images on the Free plan include a small UNIFEED watermark. Upgrade to any paid plan to remove the watermark.

Scheduling requires a Pro or Elite plan. In the post editor, write your content, select your platforms, then click "Schedule" and choose a date/time. Scheduled posts appear on your Calendar view and publish automatically at the selected time.

Free plan users cannot blast posts (immediate publish to all platforms). Starter allows 3 blasts/month. Pro and Elite have unlimited blasts.

Yes. In the post editor, check the platforms you want to target. Each platform shows its character limit and color indicator. The editor enforces the most restrictive limit to keep all posts valid.

Go to Dashboard → Billing. You'll see your current plan, usage stats, and upgrade/downgrade options. Changes take effect immediately; prorated credits apply on downgrades.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. UNIFEED never stores raw card numbers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → scroll to the Danger Zone section and click "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data. For questions, email support from the contact page.
