Getting Started

What is UNIFEED?
UNIFEED is an all-in-one social media management platform. Create, schedule, and publish posts across the 5 platforms live today — Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube — use AI tools to generate and improve content, monitor analytics, and manage email campaigns from one dashboard.
How do I connect my social accounts?
Go to Dashboard → Platforms and click "Connect" next to each platform. You'll be redirected through the platform's OAuth flow. Once connected, you can pick those accounts when creating or scheduling posts.
How do I schedule a post for later?
Scheduling requires a Pro or Elite plan. In the post editor, write your content, select your accounts, then click "Schedule" and choose a date/time. Scheduled posts appear on your Calendar and publish automatically.
Can I post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. In the post editor, pick every account you want to target. Each platform shows its character limit, and "Adapt for each platform" can tailor the copy per platform automatically.

Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Dashboard → Billing. You'll see your current plan, usage stats, and upgrade/downgrade options. Changes take effect immediately; prorated credits apply on downgrades.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing and your account downgrades to Free at the end of your billing period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
Do you store my payment info?
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. UNIFEED never stores raw card numbers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

Platforms

Which social platforms are supported?
5 platforms are live today: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube — with more on the way.
How do I connect my Instagram account?
Instagram connects through your Facebook Page: go to Dashboard → Platforms → Instagram → Connect and approve the Meta OAuth prompts. Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
Why does a platform say it needs reconnection?
Access tokens expire (LinkedIn's, for example, expire after ~60 days). Go to Dashboard → Platforms and click "Reconnect" on the flagged account, then approve the OAuth prompts again.
What are the character limits per platform?
Each platform enforces its own limit and the composer shows a live counter per selected platform. If your draft is too long for one platform, use "Adapt for each platform" to write a shorter variant just for it.

AI Features

What AI models does Unifeed use?
Text features (rewrites, captions, hashtags) run on Anthropic's Claude models. Image generation uses Google Gemini, and on higher tiers OpenAI gpt-image — the provider picker shows exactly which are available on your plan.
What are the monthly AI limits?
Free: 2 image credits, 5 rewrites. Starter: 10 image credits, 10 rewrites. Pro: 40 image credits, 100 rewrites. Elite: 100 image credits, unlimited rewrites. Limits reset on your billing anniversary.
Why are my AI images watermarked?
AI images on the Free plan include a small UNIFEED watermark. Upgrade to any paid plan to remove it.

Account & Security

How do I change my password?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security and click "Change password". We'll email you a secure reset link.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Not yet — 2FA is on the roadmap. The Settings → Security section will light up when it ships.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data. For help, reach us from the contact page.

Design Editor

How do I create a graphic for my post?
Open Dashboard → Design. Pick a canvas size, start from a template or a blank canvas, add text/shapes/images, then use "Post to Socials" to attach the finished graphic straight into the composer.
How does the Meme Studio work?
Dashboard → Meme Studio gives you hundreds of real templates. Caption them yourself or let AI pick a template and write the caption, then save to your library or send to the composer.
Can I export my design?
Yes — use "Export as PNG" or "Export as JPG" in the design editor's Actions panel to download the full-resolution image.
